What would you tell the teacher? |

What do you want to tell the teacher that you subbed for?
You answered:
"I'm not incompetent, you can leave lesson plans that are more than just busy work. In fact, I wish you would, because the students act up when they get boring busy work!"
"The kids know when you don't respect me or back up what I say. If I say a student was bad and should be punished, and the next day you don't do anything, they're not going to listen to me the next time I sub, and I probably won't accept the job!" |

Why did you decide to become a substitute teacher?
You answered:
"I became a sub to get classroom experience while I get my teaching certificate."
"I just wanted a part time job, and I like kids and had enough college credit to become a sub."
"I'm a retired teacher, but didn't want to sit at home all day, so being a sub a few days a week is nice." |
